By creating an account or using econoplus.ca you accept these terms. Membership is free. The platform is offered in Québec, in French and English.
Offers are created by participating merchants, who remain responsible for honouring them. Unless stated otherwise, each coupon is one-time per member, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and has no cash value. Displayed expiry dates and conditions prevail.
Plu$ Points reward activity (visits, redemptions, referrals). They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, are usable only inside EconoPlus, and may be adjusted in cases of abuse or fraud. Earn rules may evolve with reasonable notice.
Redeeming an offer is timestamped and tied to your account. Attempted reuse, fraudulent screenshots or manipulation void the redemption and may lead to account closure.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to create multiple accounts to multiply benefits, and to use the reporting tool in good faith.
Merchant accounts are governed by the separate merchant agreement (plans, placements, billing). EconoPlus may pull any reported or non-compliant offer.
EconoPlus is a distribution platform: the quality of goods and services rests with merchants. Our liability is limited to amounts paid to EconoPlus, if any, in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Disputes fall under the courts of the district of Montréal.
